What You'll Do.
Manage end-to-end payroll processing
Perform detailed payroll input validations
Validate payroll changes
Conduct detailed payroll variance analysis
Review payroll output reports
Ensure accurate processing of payroll components
Conduct rigorous pre- and post-payroll audits
Perform payroll register to General Ledger reconciliations
Partner with Accounting to resolve GL variances
Coordinate with actuarial consultants
Prepare and provide gratuity and leave encashment accrual
Maintain working knowledge of country-specific payroll regulations
