Implement payroll process improvements and automation
Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with internal controls and company policy
Conduct payroll audits to ensure accuracy
Assist with internal and external audits

This role will lead payroll operations, manage payroll systems, support regulatory compliance, and partner with HR and Finance to maintain efficient payroll practices. Your Mission Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, bonus, commission and deductions for US - Bi-Weekly Hourly Payroll, Semi-Monthly Salaried Payroll and Canadian Semi-Monthly Payroll Interpret and implement involuntary garnishments and child support orders Work Closely with HR and Benefit Teams regarding employee changes (Hires, Terminations, Promotions and Benefit deduction changes) Collaborate with accounting for payroll reconciliation Oversee payroll tax filings and reporting done by OSV payroll vendor Register and/or close out state/local jurisdictions as needed Maintain knowledge of payroll legislation and regulatory changes Maintain and optimise payroll systems Workday (US) and CloudPay (Canada) Implement payroll process improvements and automation Maintain data integrity and ensure comp
