You'll work with cutting-edge HRIS technology, mentor team members, and directly impact the employee experience for JLL professionals across Canada. This role is ideal for a seasoned payroll professional who thrives on solving complex challenges and wants to leverage their expertise within a global organization. This role is in office 3 days/week and has flexibility to work remotely 2 days/week. **What your day-to-day will look like:** * **Payroll Operations Leadership:** Lead accurate, timely multi-provincial payroll processing across all Canadian provinces and territories, ensuring complete compliance with CPP, EI, and federal/provincial tax withholdings. Oversee the full payroll lifecycle including new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, bonuses, commissions, and complex off-cycle payments. * **Compliance Excellence:** Maintain expert-level knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation including Employment Standards, CRA requirements, and Quebec-specific regulations (QPP, QPIP, CNESST). Prepare and submit critical government filings including T4/T4A statements, ROEs, EHT returns, and WSIB reporting.
