What You'll Do.
Lead bi-weekly payroll processing
Lead off-cycle payroll processing
Establish auditing practices
Validate benefit withholdings
Ensure compliance with wage laws
Coordinate with supervisors
Resolve time discrepancies
Resolve missed timecard punches
Resolve PTO approvals
Resolve timecard edits
Oversee tax jurisdiction setup
Oversee tax jurisdiction maintenance
Oversee tax jurisdiction compliance
Ensure employee tax profiles are accurate
Ensure employee tax profiles are current
Own multi-state payroll tax compliance
Manage proactive filing obligations
Remediate compliance gaps
Liaise with ADP Workforce compliance
