What You'll Do.
Coordinate employee compensation program
Manage share-based programs administration
Record share-based activity
Process share-based activity
Deliver LTIP transactions
Process other Share-Based compensation plans
Process vesting events
Process cancellations
Process payment of vested awards
Maintain integrity of files
Maintain integrity of electronic databases
Provide admin support
Provide system support
Provide analytical support
Provide special project support
Support quarterly dividend calculations
Support quarterly dividend payments
Liaise with Legal department
Liaise with Benefits department
Liaise with Operations Department
Coordinate with Tax Department
Coordinate with Finance Department
Coordinate with Payroll Department
Confirm appropriate rates applied
Assist with Workday projects
Assist with Workday implementation
Prepare annual compensation cycle
Support annual compensation cycle
Analyze period-end payroll GL accounts
Reconcile period-end payroll GL accounts
Investigate discrepancies
Resolve discrepancies
Assist with creation of payroll processes
Assist with review of payroll processes
Assist with controls documentation
Assist with auditing documentation
Assist in preparing reporting
