Must Have
5+ years of experience managing B2B and B2C partnerships in financial services, payments, or FX, Exposure to referral-driven ecosystems
Nice to Have
Experience in employee benefits, Experience in member-based distribution models, Understanding of consumer FX, Understanding of cross-border payments, Understanding of international money movement dynamics
What You'll Do.
Own and manage a portfolio of consumer alliance
Drive retention and revenue growth
Build and execute structured account plans
Conduct QBRs with key partners
Present insights and performance trends
Develop understanding of partner organizations
Identify and activate referral growth opportunities
Launch targeted promotional initiatives
Drive adoption within OFX’s ICP
Identify opportunities for OFX to participate in benefits
Strengthen OFX brand presence
Optimize onboarding and enablement
Optimize ongoing partner engagement
Identify and pursue new partnerships
Build relationships with HR and Benefits teams
Build relationships with membership organizations
Build relationships with HR tech platforms
Build relationships with benefits platforms
Build relationships with stock plan administrators
Build relationships with global mobility providers
Build relationships with property and real estate
Position OFX as a financial benefit
Lead end-to-end partner onboarding
Own partner performance tracking
Deliver accurate commission reporting
Maintain disciplined partner documentation
Maintain governance and activity tracking
Surface data-driven insights
Identify risks and intervene proactively
Partner with Client Dealing teams
Improve referral conversion
Improve referral activation
Improve referral retention
Work with Marketing to develop campaigns
