Purpose of your Role We are seeking a commercially focused Senior Partnerships Manager to own the retention and growth of a portfolio of referral partners across employee benefits and member benefits ecosystems. In this role, you will manage an established book of referral partners across employers, HR and benefits platforms, stock plan administrators, global mobility teams, and member-based organizations (associations, networks, and platforms). These partnerships position OFX as a financial service benefit embedded within broader ecosystems, supporting individuals with cross-border financial needs. You will execute structured account plans, run QBRs, drive partner engagement, and activate growth initiatives while also expanding the channel through new partnerships. This role requires strong account management discipline, revenue ownership, and cross-functional execution to deliver consistent, scalable growth.
