Must Have
Minimum 4 years of experience working as a Business Analyst, Salesforce data experience, Analytical and research skills, Comprehensive knowledge of statistics, Experience developing reporting, analysis, forecasting, or performance tracking tools, Excellent communication and prioritization skills, Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, Collaborative, solution-focused mindset, Project management and organizational skills
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree in business, education, or a related field, Experience working within higher education, Experience supporting business development, Familiarity with enrolment forecasting, Experience working with data visualization, Experience collaborating across international teams
What You'll Do.
Create source of truth
and reconcile student records
Collaborate with internal teams to support dashboard development
Investigate and resolve data discrepancies

Deliver regular performance and engagement reports
Analyze student lifecycle and performance data
Analyze information at programme

This position focuses on uncovering trends, analyzing data, and influencing strategy through actionable insights which will enhance our existing Partnerships, support new Business Development and accelerate our business efficiency and effectiveness. These insights will impact across the student lifecycle so that we can better support our Partners and Students. This role will work closely with leaders in the UK and colleagues in the US to ensure actionable insights are raised, implemented and tracked.
