Nice to Have
Prior experience European mobility or automotive ecosystem, Established relationships European AV companies, OEMs, or fleet operators, Complex, multi-party commercial relationships, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Additional European languages (German, French, Spanish), Experience working with or across Chinese technology companies, Prior exposure EU mobility regulatory landscape

Own Lyft Europe’s AV partner relationships
Serve as primary external point of contact
Steer negotiations across partnerships
Coordinate input from cross-functional specialists
Navigate complex commercial structures
Lead European top-of-funnel origination
and advance new AV partner conversations
Track partner deliverables and milestones
Proactively flag risks
Resolve commercial issues
Manage ongoing partner relationships
Own vision for in-flight deployments
Identify opportunities to expand scope and scale
Manage partner-side reporting obligations
Ensure Lyft's commitments are met
Serve as Lyft's eyes and ears
Inform pipeline prioritisation and strategy
Work closely with wider Freenow teams
Ensure alignment on European market strategy
Leverage local expertise and relationships
Represent European perspective in global AV Business Development
