10+ years experience in Partner and/or Sales Management, Experience in enterprise level software/SaaS industry, Proven track record building/managing strategic partners, Deep hands-on experience building practice, Deep hands-on experience developing solution, Deep hands-on experience ramping up certified partner resources, Deep hands-on experience executing partner marketing plan, Ability to work with strategic partners to win key accounts, Ability to work with strategic partners to generate pipelines, Ability to work with strategic partners to expand geographical coverage, Ability to work with strategic partners to penetrate key verticals, Ability to excel in highly matrix organization
