While you will have overall ownership of the process, you will work as part of a team and be responsible for ensuring timely and effective execution by coordinating tasks across departments. You will communicate product (Fever usability) and process needs to HQ, working closely with Product and Engineering teams to consolidate requirements and prioritize them accordingly. You will create and maintain comprehensive Q&A documentation to support potential user issues handled by the customer support team. You will ensure that all requirements needed to achieve project goals are properly documented
