You will communicate product (Fever usability) and process needs to HQ, working closely with Product and Engineering teams to consolidate requirements and prioritize them accordingly. You will create and maintain comprehensive Q&A documentation to support potential user issues handled by the customer support team. You will ensure that all requirements needed to achieve project goals are properly documented
