What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience, Experience building and managing a healthy sales pipeline focused on driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration, Experience in building profitable partner ecosystems, Experience with selling enterprise software solutions in Customer Experience (CX/Contact Centre as a Solution)
Nice to Have
Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations, Experience with AI/ML technologies, Familiarity with Amazon Connect or comparable platforms

Design and deliver partner enablement programs
Accelerate time-to-first-deal
Deepen technical capability
Collaborate with marketing
solutions architecture
and business development
Execute joint campaigns
and demand generation activities
Build and manage a qualified co-sell pipeline
Own territory business goals
Report on progress through regular business reviews
Work with AWS account teams and Connect specialists
Match partner capabilities to customer opportunities
Position partners effectively in active sales cycles
Maintain accurate pipeline data
Deliver business reviews
Produce planning documents
Ensure partner-delivered implementations meet customer expectations
Act as an escalation point during delivery
Capture market signals
Inform local priorities
Align ANZ partner strategy with regional business direction
