NVIDIA is seeking an experienced Senior Partner Business Manager to lead its network of partners throughout Zurich, Switzerland and Austria. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing partner network in both markets. A core part of the position involves conducting strategic market and potential analyses and developing and accomplishing effective go-to-market (GTM) strategies. The Senior Partner Relations Manager will lead all aspects of partner engagement and business development activities, working closely with their Account Manager pendant. You will collaborate alongside executive management, marketing, solution architects, global and vertical teams at NVIDIA, as well as a diverse range of partners, including OEMs, resellers, system integrators, consultants, start-ups, ISVs, and cloud service providers. The primary location for this role is the Zurich area. **What you’ll be doing:** * Building and managing a strong partner ecosystem throughout Switzerland and Austria, driving collaboration and business growth. * Performing strategic market and potential assessments and crafting actionable GTM strategies to expand NVIDIA’s presence across these two markets. * Engaging with partners—including OEMs, resellers, system integrators, consultants, start-ups, ISVs, and cloud providers to strengthen relationships and accelerate adoption of NVIDIA solutions. * Bringing to bear deep market understanding to identify new opportunities in AI, industry verticals, and cloud business while navigating the Swiss and Austrian partner landscape. * Representing NVIDIA at C-level and in high-visibility settings, acting as a trusted advisor and ambassador for the brand. * Operating optimally across multicultural business environments, driving collaboration and consistency within the DACH region. * Traveling at least 60% of the time to build relationships and achieve strategic business objectives throughout the Swiss and Austrian regions. **Wh
