## Description We are looking for a Senior Partner Account Manager (Spanish-speaking). This role sits at the intersection of relationship-building and business growth — you will own a portfolio of Spanish-speaking partners, directly influencing how they perform, scale, and succeed on our platform. We operate in a fast-moving, international environment across LATAM, MENA, and CIS markets, where decisions are made quickly and the impact of your work is visible from day one. Founded in Ukraine, scaling worldwide. ## In this role, you will Build and maintain long-term relationships with Spanish-speaking partners across assigned markets Manage and support a portfolio of partners, ensuring consistent performance and engagement Work with warm leads and onboard new partners in close collaboration with the inbound team Support partner growth and development to increase overall project revenue Analyze partner performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and results Provide partners with tailored recommendations and best practices to help them scale on the platform Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a high-quality partner experience and a safe ecosystem for users ## It's all about you 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role — Account Manager, Business Development, Customer Success, Sales, or Affiliate Manager Spanish at B2 level and English at B1+ Strong relationship-building and communication skills
