What You'll Do.
Support product maintenance

Manage EDGAR filing process
Assist with SEC comment responses

Conduct consistency reviews

Maintain workflow schedules
Maintain status reports
Track jurisdictional requirements

Organize guidance from local counsel
Provide documentation support
Provide administrative support
Support international ETF distribution
Support cross-border fund registrations
Organize agreement records
Maintain agreement records
Conduct preliminary contract review
Support attorney review
Prepare board materials
Prepare fund governance documentation
Prepare legal memoranda
Prepare documents for execution
Coordinate signature collection
Support coordination across legal workstreams
Support strategic initiatives
