### Senior Paid Social Manager **Function** : Paid Social | Meta & TikTok Advertising | Performance Marketing **Reports to:** Senior Paid Social Manager **Core Responsibility:** Deliver profitable growth for DTC brands through effective paid social campaign execution, optimisation, and performance analysis across Meta and TikTok. **KPIs:** ROAS, CAC, MER, Spend Efficiency, Client Retention **Salary:** £45,000 – £52,000 DOE **Location:** Remote-first (UK-based), with optional access to our London office (The Roundhouse, Camden) ### We’re building something different at Launch With Us. You’ll work directly with founders and senior stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, improve account performance, and drive client retention.
