Full Job Description
Senior Paid Search (SEA) Consultant Skopje, hybrid DEPT® is a Growth Invention company built to help the world’s most ambitious brands growfaster. Operating at the intersection of technology and marketing, our 4,000+ specialists deliver growth invention services across Brand Lean into automation and use of data within campaigns, including utilizing AI to improve performance; Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to clients, highlighting key metrics and recommendations for improvement; Stay informed about changes in search engine algorithms and adjust strategies accordingly Drive innovation within the Paid Search team by championing new approaches, frameworks, and performance methodologies. Deliver compelling presentations and communicate complex concepts clearly during sales meetings and client workshops. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and alignment with client goals; Direct point of contact with the client and being the POC for any SEA related matter; Growing the client by upselling. WHAT YOU BRING At least 4 years of experience in creating, managing and optimizing paid search Have a self-confident, competent and empathetic appearance with which you manage to convince colleagues as well as clients of your ideas; Strong knowledge of paid search platforms, such as Google Ads and Bing Ads; Proven track record of driving results and optimizing campaigns to meet client objectives; Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive campaign optimization; Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to clients and internal stakeholders; Can present complex results in clear and understandable language; Nice to have: Experience in mentoring/guiding co-worker(s) or a team of digital specialists; Directly available to start working from either our Skopje; Full working proficiency in the English language; WE OFFER Hybri
