Senior Paid Search (SEA) Consultant Manchester, London - hybrid DEPT® is a Growth Invention company built to help the world’s most ambitious brands grow faster. Operating at the intersection of technology and marketing, our 4,000+ specialists deliver growth invention services across Brand Being able to define the expectations for the whole team and knows how to convey this well; Being able to spot client challenges together with the team member and knowing how to stimulate the team member to work towards a solution; Lean into automation and use of data within campaigns, including utilizing AI to improve performance; Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to clients, highlighting key metrics and recommendations for improvement; Stay informed about changes in search engine algorithms and adjust strategies accordingly Drive innovation within the Paid Search team by championing new approaches, frameworks, and performance methodologies. Deliver compelling presentations and communicate complex concepts clearly during sales meetings and client workshops. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and alignment with client goals; Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; Directly available to start working from either our Manchester or London office; Full working proficiency in the English language; WHAT YOU BRING Extensive (at least 5 years) experience in creating, managing and optimizing paid search Experience in mentoring/guiding co-worker(s) or a team of digital specialists; Have a self-confident, competent and empathetic appearance with which you manage to convince colleagues as well as clients of your ideas; Strong knowledge of paid search platforms, such as Google Ads and Bing Ads; Proven track record of driving results and optimizing campaigns to meet client objectives; Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive campaign optimization; S
