Must Have
3+ years of experience building and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns are mandatory (lead generation focus), 3+ years of experience building and optimizing Google Ads campaigns are mandatory (lead generation focus), 3+ years of experience building campaigns focused on lead generation are mandatory (lead generation focus)
Nice to Have
Experience with B2B lead generation campaigns is highly preferred, Experience with B2C lead generation for a home or local service business, as well as healthcare industry, is a significant plus., Experience with Google Ad Grants, Google Tag Manager, Unbounce or ClickFunnels is highly preferred., Basic video-editing skills are highly preferred.
What You'll Do.

Full Job Description
Job Title: Senior Paid Ads Specialist Location: Remote Schedule: 9am - 5pm EST Salary: $18 - $25 per hour Lago is seeking a proactive and strategic Paid Ads Specialist with a combined background in strategizing, building out, and implementing ads on Meta, Google, and more with experience in leading growth across our digital sales channels.
