Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or equivalent practical experience, 20+ years of experience in transportation systems, solution architecture, or enterprise IT consulting roles, expertise in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) including transportation planning, execution, supply chain visibility, and freight audit capabilities, Experience with OTM Cloud implementations, including at least 3 full lifecycle implementations and one end-to-end migration from on-premises to cloud, Proven experience delivering 8–10 full lifecycle implementations, including at least 3 Agile/DevOps-based implementations, knowledge of integration mapping specifications and message standards such as ANSI, EDIFACT, RosettaNet, XML, and B2B integrations, Experience with Agile, DevOps methodologies, Jira, Scrum, and Kanban project management practices, understanding of transport ancillary systems and integrations such as HERE, Transporeon, Centiro, or similar platforms, Experience leading customer workshops, solution design sessions, technical consulting, testing coordination, and user acceptance activities, communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills with experience working across multiple geographical regions

Location: Peru Mode: Remote. We at Coforge are hiring Senior OTM Solution Architect (.NET) (#20862) with the following skill set. Key Responsibilities Lead solution design, implementation, and support for transportation management solutions across OTM modules including Order Management, Transportation Planning & Execution, Supply Chain Visibility, and Freight Bill Audit & Payments. Gather business requirements, conduct GAP analysis workshops, and define scalable technical solutions aligned with customer transport operations and enterprise integration needs. Design and manage integration mapping specifications using standards such as XML, ANSI, EDIFACT, and RosettaNet while coordinating development and DevOps execution. Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, suppliers, and testing teams to support project delivery, testing automation, customer enablement, migration initiatives, and post-go-live support.
