What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Extensive experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud reporting in production / managed services environments, hands-on expertise in OTBI, hands-on expertise in BI Publisher (BIP), Good understanding of Oracle ERP and HCM functional processes, knowledge of background technical data dictionaries, table structures, relationships, and subject areas across ERP and HCM modules, Advanced skills in SQL, Advanced skills in PL/SQL, Advanced skills in ETL concepts, Experience designing scalable, high‑performance reporting solutions, understanding of data security, governance, and compliance requirements in cloud reporting environments, Ability to translate functional reporting needs into supportable, reusable technical solutions, working knowledge of ITIL incident, problem, and change management, Excellent stakeholder management and customer‑facing communication skills, Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast‑paced managed services environment
Nice to Have
Experience with OBIEE / OBIA, Experience with Smart View, Exposure to statutory and regulatory reporting, Understanding of Oracle Fusion security roles and data access controls, Oracle Fusion Reporting / Analytics Cloud certifications, Willingness and flexibility to support new technologies and evolving analytics approaches
