What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, MIS, Business Systems, or related field, 8+ years of experience in enterprise application administration, implementation, or support, 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP and/or Oracle E-Business Suite, Understanding of core enterprise processes such as Financials, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Service or Asset Management, Proven ability to develop business requirements, functional designs, and test documentation, Analytical skills, including data cleansing, analysis, and synthesis across multiple sources, Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate concepts to both technical and business audiences, Ability to manage competing priorities with attention to detail, Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP modules, Experience with modern Oracle architecture
What You'll Do.
and support of Oracle EBS
and optimization of Oracle enterprise
Evaluate and recommend leveraging Oracle Cloud ERP
Serve as lead Oracle BSA
Partner with business leaders to translate requirements into
Conduct requirements gathering
and functional design
Configure Advanced Pricing rules
Configure Order Management holds
Perform data migration
and reconciliation across SCM
Develop and maintain functional specifications
solution design documents
Lead and contribute to sprint planning
backlog prioritization
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans
Drive end-to-end solution delivery
including configuration
Play key role in Oracle upgrades
Provide post-implementation support
Act as senior escalation point for complex issues
Ensure adherence to governance standards
operational processes
Stay current on Oracle patches
Collaborate with technical teams to support customizations
Work closely with integration partners and external vendors
Support integrations between Oracle and upstream/downstream systems
Partner with global process owners across Finance
Create and deliver training materials
Promote user adoption and continuous improvement through communication
Maintain broad enterprise perspective and anticipate future business
