Ability to work all shifts in a 7x24x365 environment, Rotating on call coverage, Work in a fast-paced operational environment, Work independently with minimal supervision

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Five (5) years’ experience in Operations, Remote Troubleshooting, Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree in information technology, computer science or closely related field, Demonstrated knowledge of Verra Mobility Roadside Products, Demonstrated knowledge of computing and data troubleshooting, Demonstrated knowledge of network and remote system troubleshooting, Demonstrated knowledge of data management and information technologies, Experience in accurately and reliably interpreting data, Experience in managing multiple priorities, Successful completion of the Nlets fingerprinting background assessment

Nice to Have

Agile Scrum Certification, Scripting or Programming Languages such as PowerShell, Visual Basic, or Python, Advanced skill and experience with Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Addition suite applications like Power BI Pro, Viso and Outlook

What You'll Do.

Resolve identified problems and issues

Maintain accurate records

Coordinate with VCC Support teams

Maintain VCC documentation and databases

Review Red-Light Camera locations

Manage multiple tasks

Learn in an 'on-the-job' training environment

Participate in planning sessions

Identify areas of opportunity

Adhere to customer-specific procedures

Provide expert work order management
