You will join our Singapore manufacturing team as a Senior Operations Technician. You will lead day-to-day production activities, coach operators, and work with engineers and quality colleagues to ensure safe, compliant and reliable supply. These responsibilities include some of the following: * Perform shift production activities during the day shift to meet safety, quality and output targets. * Perform set-up, changeovers and handovers while ensuring correct procedures and documentation are followed. * Coach and mentor junior technicians and operators through on-the-job training and feedback. * Carry out routine equipment inspections, basic maintenance and preventative tasks using hand tools and work with engineers for complex fixes. * Support investigations into operational issues, gather evidence, and help implement corrective and preventive actions. * Suggest and lead small improvement projects that increase efficiency, reduce waste or improve quality. * Take ownership for safe and compliant operations across your area each day. * Ensure batch records, logbooks and other documents are accurate and meet good documentation practice. * Run effective shift handovers and team briefings to keep work coordinated and transparent. * Work closely with engineering, quality and materials colleagues to resolve issues and maintain supply. * Maintain good housekeeping and ensure work areas meet site safety and cleanliness standards. * Help lead readiness activities for campaigns, trials or new process transfers as required. **Basic Q
