At Bolt, we're hiring a Senior Operations Specialist to help run Bolt's ride-hailing business in Estonia. This is a hands-on, analytical role. You'll work with data to understand what's happening in our marketplace — how our main metrics are moving, what drivers and riders are doing, how prices are working, and where we're winning or losing against competitors. You'll turn that analysis into clear recommendations, and then help put them into action. You'll support forecasting and planning cycles, run pricing reviews, track the competition, and help prepare weekly and quarterly business reviews. You'll work closely with Finance, Growth, Marketing, Product, and Analytics teams. Advanced Excel / Google Sheets modelling (forecasting, scenarios, financial analysis) and hands-on experience with BI tools (Looker, Power BI, or similar). SQL is a strong plus.
