We are looking for a Senior Operations Specialist to lead e-scooter and e-bike operations across the Langenfeld, Düsseldorf, and Cologne markets. This role is responsible for the daily lifecycle of the fleet, ensuring vehicles are positioned optimally for the community. It requires a balance of hands-on leadership for both office and frontline teams with high-level data analysis to drive profitability and service excellence. Main tasks and responsibilities: Operational Execution: Oversee daily e-scooter and e-bike supply across Düsseldorf and Cologne, maintaining constant contact with 3PLs to coordinate tasks. Team Leadership: Directly manage 1–2 office-based roles and provide indirect leadership for a fleet operations team of 8–20 frontline professionals. Profitability & Cost Control: Maintain rigorous oversight of operational expenses and budgets to hit profitability targets in designated cities. Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze ride statistics, supply trends, and performance KPIs to suggest and execute strategic business improvements.
