Senior Operations Specialist (Driver Engagement) based in Bangkok, Thailand, responsible for delivering a consistently high-quality experience for customers and partners by strengthening operational standards, improving driver and fleet quality, and driving engagement across the marketplace. About the role You will be responsible for leading initiatives that enhance driver and fleet engagement while ensuring high operational standards across all touchpoints. This includes developing scalable processes and frameworks to improve quality, monitoring key performance metrics such as acquisition, onboarding, conversion, and engagement, and driving continuous improvement Main tasks and responsibilities: Drive initiatives to deliver a consistently high-quality experience for customers and partners by setting and upholding operational standards across all key touchpoints. Develop scalable frameworks and processes to manage and improve fleet and driver quality, while monitoring key performance metrics such as acquisition, onboarding, conversion, and engagement. Identify local bottlenecks and opportunities, designing and implementing effective solutions in collaboration with central and local teams. Build and manage strong relationships with fleet partners to ensure alignment on business goals, performance targets, and long-term success. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Support, Legal, and Marketing to localize and implement strategic projects that support growth and sustainability.
