As enterprises and leading AI labs race to build more capable coding models, demand for high-quality coding data and specialized engineering expertise is accelerating rapidly, making this a strategic priority for the business. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager, Supply - Coding to own and scale the coding supply function, deeply embedded in our Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) business. Our DaaS business sources expert contributors to solve some of the most frontier problems in AI. These contributors include highly specialized software engineers, researchers, and technical experts who perform high-quality AI training work for the world’s leading AI labs. This leader will be responsible for ensuring we have sufficient high-quality coding experts to meet both current and projected customer demand while proactively planning for future growth.
