Position Summary: Snowflake is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Manager, Field Finance to lead our operational initiatives and drive efficiency within the Field Finance and Deal Desk functions. This individual will play a pivotal role in managing our project pipeline, ensuring the successful implementation of new systems and enhancements, and maintaining a robust knowledge base for the team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between the business needs from the Field Finance organization and the systems, tools and processes needed to support them and will help translate those business needs into the technical documents and requirements needed by IT to operationalize them. The candidate will possess a deep understanding of Field Finance and Deal Desk processes and tools, a proven track record in project management, and a passion for optimizing operational workflows to support a scaling organization.
