Must Have
B. S. degree in Chemical Engineering or related field, 6-10 Years of experience in a chemical processing environment, 5+ years of leadership experience in an ISO 9001 certified manufacturing environment, Lean, Statistical Process Control (SPC) and/or Six Sigma training and experience required, Excellent communication, planning, organization and leadership skills, Cost effectiveness and plant budgeting work experience, Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting
Nice to Have
serving the semiconductor industry, Experience with new product introduction and site-to-site product transitions preferred, ERP experience, SAP experience would be a plus, Experience in working in an ISO 9001/14001/45001 environment a plus, “Safety First” attitude which is practiced with integrity and a high degree of accountability for results., track record of driving strategic initiatives and accomplishments in leadership roles, 5+ years of leadership experience in an ISO 9001 Chemical plant serving the semiconductor industry, Team player with a growth mindset, Practical Knowledge of SPC, Lean / Six Sigma theory and CI practices.
