About the role As a Senior Operations Manager (Rides), your key objective is to lead and scale marketplace operations in Bangkok by driving supply growth, operational excellence, and marketplace efficiency. You will strengthen the driver and fleet partner value proposition, lead strategic operational initiatives, and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to improve marketplace health and customer experience.
