What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience, Experience with the full staffing lifecycle, 7+ years of direct management experience, Work flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays, Experience in performance metrics, Experience in process improvement, Experience in Lean methodologies
Nice to Have
Master's degree or above, Experience working in fast paced environments, Managing workload during times of stress, Experience in management and leadership development, Experience in organization development, Experience in learning and development, Experience in group facilitation, Experience in training and training design, Interest in long-term career development, Track record of effectively leading an operation, Demonstrated ability to successfully develop others
