Prime Now is a premium supply chain that is capable of delivering orders within 2 hours of placement. The team aims to exceed the expectations of our customers by ensuring that their orders are delivered as quickly, accurately, and in the most cost effective way as possible. This role is based out of our Bangalore corporate office and is for an experienced, passionate, dynamic, analytical, innovative, hands-on, and customer-obsessed individual. This is a highly visible and critical function at Amazon, the scope of which includes driving ownership, earning trust of stakeholders to delivering results. This position involves regular communication with senior management, project sponsors on status, risks and change control. Stakeholder management, cross-team coordination and executive presentation skills are must. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, enjoys working with large scale of data, a curious builder who thrives in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills. Key responsibilities would be: · To work with the site team to ensure sites are using maximum cube utilization and mitigate their barriers · Work on better forecasting techniques to improve Supply Chain accuracy · Analyse the daily and weekly trends to optimize the process accordingly. · Monitor SOP involving multiple stakeholders and initiate improvements when needed Drive standardizations of tools and processes to build scalable execution plans with operations team. Interact with multiple stakeholders to get inputs and give updates on different projects.
