Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in related field, 8+ years Capacity Planning, 8+ years Workforce Management, 8+ years data analysis, Experience building executive-level reports in Power BI, Experience in capacity planning across multiple channels, Experience in long-term forecasting, Experience in workload distribution, Experience with statistical systems, Experience with workforce management systems, Experience defining program requirements, Experience using data and metrics to determine improvements, Proven track record of navigating through ambiguous situations, Proven track record of earning trust, Proven track record of influencing across the organization, Proven track record of leading others cross-functionally, Experience working with decentralized teams, Experience on global projects, Proven experience with SQL, Proven experience with Salesforce, Proven experience with MS Excel, Comfort with complex algorithms, Comfort with statistical inference, Fluent written and oral communication in English, Authorized to work for any employer in the U. S.

This is a "hands-on" forecasting leadership position, and the successful candidate will have direct operational experience demonstrating their ability to build and provide both short and long term forecasts. This individual will develop accurate forecast models by utilizing various data sources, forecasting tools, industry techniques, and methodologies.
