What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field, Minimum 4+ years of experience in manufacturing, operational excellence, continuous improvement, or industrial engineering roles, Proven experience leading CI, Lean, or Six Sigma initiatives in a manufacturing environment, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required, Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, VSM, Root Cause Analysis, and TPM, Experience with manufacturing KPIs, OEE, cycle time analysis, and productivity improvement, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Nice to Have
Master's degree preferred, Black Belt preferred, Power BI expertise preferred, Knowledge or experience with AI-driven analytics/tools is a plus
What You'll Do.
Lead and execute Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency
Identify opportunities to improve productivity
Identify opportunities to improve throughput
Identify opportunities to improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)
Drive Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
Improve process stability
Facilitate Kaizen events
Facilitate root cause analysis
Facilitate problem-solving workshops
Support cultural transformation toward operational excellence
Support cultural transformation toward continuous improvement mindset
Promote and support a safety culture
Implement safety improvements
Collaborate with EHS and Quality teams
Reduce process variation
Participate in investigations
Participate in corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
Ensure improvement initiatives align with plant quality standards
Ensure improvement initiatives align with plant compliance standards
Analyze manufacturing processes
Analyze equipment performance
Identify inefficiencies
Partner with Maintenance and Engineering teams
Support machine-related improvements
Support reliability initiatives
Support cycle time reduction projects
Support process standardization projects
Monitor operational metrics
Drive data-based decisions
Lead cost reduction initiatives
Develop measurable savings
Track measurable savings
Improve labor efficiency
Improve material utilization
Improve production flow
Participate in Lean Six Sigma training programs
