Must Have
At least 5-10 years of experience in finance function mainly in accounting and controlling activities gained in MNC or Big4, Degree in Finance/Accountancy
Nice to Have
knowledge on SAP, knowledge on futures and options, knowledge on commodity trading, knowledge on chemical or food ingredient industries
What You'll Do.
Act as a business partner of the trading desk
support trading desk for routine or adhoc business topics
work closely with traders on a daily basis
Prepare and analyze the production of Daily P&L
ensure timely reporting of platform P&L and position
Understand and coordinate business risks reporting of the strategies (market
Ensure shared understanding with the platform
Monitor any non-compliance based on Company’s policies
alert management about any exceptions
Provide daily and monthly commentary to traders and management on the main drivers influencing the businesses P&L
Coordinate daily/weekly/monthly P/L forecast
check reconciliation with monthly statutory reporting
formulate action plans to minimize differences
Proactively communicate with other function groups (Accounting
Ensure thorough knowledge of Working Capital requirements
inventories and volumes
Coordinate and Participate in Cash Flow Forecast process
Budget and Business Plan exercises for the platform
Analyze Actual vs Budget or Landing variances for all P&L and Balance Sheet items
Propose action plans to trading desk to improve financial KPIs
Analyze and provide commentary on Commercial Margin
Check and ensure proper allocation of Direct G&A
defend platform interests in management discussions
Lead front office system integration and development
Participate in IT projects in the country to implement effective systems for trading
Lead modules related to Daily Position or Daily PL reporting
Act as a facilitator for external or internal audits

work closely with the traders on a daily basis; Proactively communicate with other function groups (Accounting, Treasury, Execution/Logistic, SBS…); defend platform interests in management discussions
