Full Job Description
**AMEXIO **is a global digital transformation partner for corporate clients and government institutions. We help businesses with their digital growth in the areas of Customer Experience, Enterprise Content, Customer Communication, and Structured Content Management. We are looking for a **Senior OpenText / Documentum **Technical Consultant to support AMEXIO’s growth in the North America. This is a high-impact, highly visible role that blends hands-on technical consulting and support for pre-sales activities. You will work closely with our project management team and direct both internal and contract technical staff on the delivery of complex ECM solutions. During quieter periods, you may also support our European teams on international engagements. What You'll Do * Serve as the technical lead on client projects, owning the end-to-end delivery of OpenText / Documentum solutions from design through implementation. * Actively contribute to pre-sales activities — engaging clients, understanding their needs, and shaping winning proposals and solution designs. * Define and produce high-level and low-level technical designs that meet the highest standards of quality and scalability. * Translate functional requirements into clear technical analyses and architectures. * Lead and mentor internal and contract technical staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous development. * Act as a trusted advisor to clients, challenging stakeholders where appropriate and recommending the most future-proof solutions based on your expertise. * Share your vision on Enterprise Content Management with clients and colleagues, helping to elevate the practice across the organization. * Collaborate with project management to ensure solutions are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification. **Requirements** * Deep OpenText / Documentum Expertise: * Substantial hands-on experience with Documentum Webtop and D2 * Strong knowledge of DQL (Documentum Query Language) and the Documentum
