Saudi National, Minimum 2 years sales experience, Sound knowledge of account management, Speciality and Institutional Business experience, Track record of engaging key stakeholders, Proven track record in influencing decision-making, Proven demonstration of successful working in complex cross functional teams
Nice to Have
Experience in Haematology, Cell Therapeutics experience, Oncology Therapy areas experience
What You'll Do.
Generate clinical demand for Oncology brands
Identify business opportunities
Present value propositions
Recommend solutions to drive business
Develop strategic relationships with MDT
Develop strategic relationships with DMU
Identify opportunities to improve product positioning
Develop local strategy and business plan
Engage Oncology HCPs in dialogue
Support on-label prescribing
Establish long term collaborative relationships
Share stakeholder insight and information
Build knowledge about Oncology value proposition
Build knowledge about product indications
Utilize communication approaches
Conduct science-based discussions
Arrange multidisciplinary workshops
Arrange speaker programmes
Support Oncology nurses on trainings
Drive sales performance
Ensure sales forecasts meet expectations
Manage assigned budgets
Promote benefits of Oncology brands
Ensure products are optimally utilised
Complete all training requirements
Comply with regulations and policies
Maintain highest ethical standards
Report adverse events
