Must Have

3 + years of customer-facing experience in consulting, customer success, or solutions delivery, Salesforce certifications – Administrator, Advanced Administrator, and/or Consultant certifications, Bachelor 's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Technology, or related field, Business acumen, Exceptional communication and presentation skills, Consultative expertise, Relationship-building skills, Technical aptitude, Problem-solving mindset, Self-directed work style, English fluency, French or Portuguese speaker

Nice to Have

CRM platform experience, Deep understanding of customer success methodologies, Project management knowledge, Software implementation experience, Data literacy, AI and automation proficiency
