What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years of experience in an external-facing role, Experience managing complex partner, client, or customer onboarding with multiple internal and external stakeholders, project management skills, Ability to work autonomously, exercise sound judgment, move work forward with limited oversight, A sales-minded onboarding approach, Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills, comfort communicating with senior-level audiences, Collaborative, solutions-oriented working style, ability to build relationships, drive accountability across stakeholders
What You'll Do.
Own end-to-end onboarding for strategic and national accounts
Guide each partner from signed deal to launch
Drive a pipeline of partner launches
Serve as primary post-signature partner contact
Translate partnership terms into onboarding plans
Coordinate cross-functionally with teams
Create and maintain partner-facing onboarding materials
Identify recurring blockers and process gaps
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate closely with Sales and the account team; Coordinate cross-functionally with teams including Marketing, Product, and Business Operations; Build relationships and drive accountability across stakeholders

Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills; comfort communicating with senior-level audiences
