This is a full-time, in-person. Key Responsibilities Review submittals, owner standards, specifications, and contract documents to ensure proper coordination with the onsite commissioning team. Review design documents, specifications, and submittals to verify commissioning requirements and test criteria. Review Factory Witness Testing (FWT) / Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) scripts and provide comments as necessary. Develop and manage the offsite commissioning plan, schedule, and resource allocation across multiple vendors and pre-fabrication sites. Develop and maintain commissioning checklists, test scripts, and verification documents. Develop and maintain touchpoints with vendors, integrators, owners, and onsite project teams to ensure equipment readiness and commissioning progress goals are met. Attend and host Factory Witness Testing (FWT) / Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), including creating formal reports and action items upon completion. Oversee component verification documentation and verify fabrication of equipment to ensure QA/QC oversight and compliance with specifications and owner standards.
