What They're Looking For.
Must Have
BSc/MSc in Mechanical/Electrical/Aerospace/Naval or marine engineering or similar, 5-10 years of experience in offshore, marine, and deployment engineering, Agile engineering mindset, Generalist with broad interest in technology, Good communication skills in English, Structured and independent way of working, Affinity with project management, Flexibility in traveling abroad, Eligibility to obtain NATO/Dutch security clearance, Undergo a security screening
Nice to Have
MSc in Mechanical/Electrical/Aerospace/Naval or marine engineering
What You'll Do.
Work on underwater system architecture
Develop deployment plans
Develop deployment technology
Develop marine test plans
Lead deployment projects
Handle relationships with stakeholders
Work with projects team
Work with business development team
Work with product management team
Work with industrial partners
Work with end-clients
Understand needs for marine deployments
Align on project objectives
Contribute to co-development of deployment technologies
Understand commercial project delivery constraints
Contribute to designing deployment plans
Contribute to designing installation plans
Contribute to technical discussions
Contribute to engineering efforts
Ensure technical soundness of deliveries
Provide feedback to R&D engineers
Provide feedback to product managers
Support development of sensors
Support improvement of sensing systems
