What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits / Payroll operations, Solid hands-on experience in monthly payroll processing, final payment calculation, and C&B administration, eMPF experience (mandatory), Proficient in maintaining C&B data in HR systems

Nice to Have

Preferably in a sizeable organization or shared services environment, Exposure to ORSO is a plus, Good knowledge of Hong Kong employment-related regulations and statutory compliance requirements, Payroll/tax experience handling annual tax filing / IR56 processes is preferred, Experience with Workday and IPL is an advantage, Immediate availability / short notice is preferred

What You'll Do.

Manage the full spectrum of Compensation & Benefits (C&B) functions

Perform end-to-end payroll processing using IPL

Administer employee compensation programs

Own and execute MPF administration

Handle annual tax return preparation and submission processes

Maintain and update HR systems with timely

and complete C&B data

and review regular C&B and payroll reports

Partner closely with Finance on payroll funding

and month-end closing

Support HRIS implementation/enhancement initiatives

Serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors/authorities on C&B-related matters

Undertake additional duties or special projects as assigned

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partner closely with Finance on payroll funding, reconciliation, accruals/provisions, and month-end closing; Support HRIS implementation/enhancement initiatives, including user coordination; Serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors/authorities

HRIS implementation/enhancement initiatives, Testing (UAT), Data migration, Parallel runs, User coordination, Special projects
