What You'll Achieve.
Strengthen in-line chlorination (ILC) across Rajasthan; Transforming program data into practical insights; Monitor program health outcomes; Ensure adherence to national JJM and state water quality standards; Support program decision-making; Provide real-time visibility to state teams and Rajasthan PHED; Ensure dashboards and data systems remain current, user-friendly, and aligned; Inform program improvements with PHED leadership; Ensure compliance with departmental data standards; Provide and reliable updates to Rajasthan PHED; Ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability of data pipelines; Standardize data for integration into dashboards and reports; Support operational or program decisions; Strengthen data accuracy; Ensure that community engagement activities are properly represented; Identify gaps in ILC implementation and community awareness; Reporting on community-level outcomes; Strengthen data quality and reporting systems

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in data management, health data analytics, or data visualization in the WASH, public health, or development sector, Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience working with or alongside government departments, Rajasthan PHED or similar state departments, Proven proficiency in Google Sheets, Advance Excel, dashboarding tools such as Looker Studio, Google Data Studio, Power BI, or Tableau, Experience preparing MIS reports and documentation for large-scale government programs, Experience building presentations and reports for non-technical audiences using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Written and verbal proficiency in English, Written and verbal proficiency in Hindi
Nice to Have
Master's degree, Experience working with Rajasthan PHED or in rural water supply, ILC, or water quality programs, Familiarity with Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) data systems, IMIS, or similar government MIS platforms, Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
What You'll Do.
Examine health and water quality data
Support validation of field data
revise and maintain program dashboards
Ensure dashboards and data systems remain current
Contribute to development and delivery of data summaries
Engage directly with officials
Support preparation and sharing of data reports
Maintain structured data documentation
Document minutes and records of data-related engagements
Work in close coordination with program support
Manage program data pipelines
Maintain structured data templates
Conduct regular data quality checks
Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports
Assist senior leadership with ad-hoc data visualizations
Support joint field visits
Participate in departmental meetings
Support liaison efforts with government officials
Facilitate seamless communication among officials
Maintain documentation on government engagements
Assist in community-level data collection initiatives
Contribute to collection and analysis community feedback data
Provide data support for community engagement programs
Strengthen data quality and reporting systems

Regular collaboration with Rajasthan PHED officials; Collaboration with district and block-level PHED officials; Work in close coordination with the Senior Officer, Program Support; Support joint field visits with the program team; Participate in departmental meetings, technical sessions, and review meetings with PHED officials; Facilitate seamless communication among state, district, and block officials
