What They're Looking For.
Must Have
university degree in Law or a related field, relevant professional experience that enables you to work confidently in complex environments, proven experience within the alternative investment fund industry or a related Luxembourg corporate environment, problem-solving, collaborative, and client-focused approach, excellent interpersonal skills, organisational abilities, proficient in MS Office tools, communicate fluently in English, comfortable working within global organisations, collaborating with multicultural and remote teams, coordination and stakeholder-management skills

What You'll Do.
leading the successful onboarding of Alternative Investment Fund clients across multiple asset classes
managing a dedicated team
well‑coordinated onboarding journey—from initial proposal through to handover to operational teams
delivering an excellent client experience
driving continuous improvement in processes and collaboration
lead the preparation and coordination of fee proposals and RFP submissions for Alternative Investment Funds across real estate
manage the end‑to‑end onboarding process
coordinating AML/KYC reviews
bank account openings
and regulatory filings through to operational handover
oversee day‑to‑day team operations
provide coaching and guidance
serve as the first escalation point for onboarding challenges
identify and implement process improvements that strengthen collaboration
and improve overall team effectiveness
