Must Have
Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist, 3–5 years of post-graduate experience, communication skills, client-centred approach
Nice to Have
experience within disability or community settings, confidence working with complex presentations, Interest in a preferred caseload area (e.g. paediatrics, complex needs, functional capacity assessments)
What You'll Do.
Manage a community-based caseload
Conduct comprehensive assessments
Develop and implement therapy plans
Provide environmental modification recommendations
Prescribe and support Assistive Technology
Work collaboratively with families
Ensure compliance with NDIS guidelines

Work collaboratively with families, support coordinators, and other health professionals; contributing positively to a team culture; collaboration within a supportive multidisciplinary team
