What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Design, Construction Management, or related field, Minimum of 5 – 7 years of experience in corporate environment, advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot table, vlook-up, cell calculations), AutoCAD (basic test-fits and square foot calculations), Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Excellent communication skills are important both written and spoken, Able to work independently, multi-task, and manage your time to meet deadlines, An individual with interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with executive level external and internal clients

Nice to Have

Previous experience in space/occupancy planning at a strategic level, experience with interior office renovations, CAFM system experience, ability to consolidate data and floor plans into Power Point for presentations to client and lines of business, learning to ask the right questions to understand the underlying needs of our clients, be proactive and innovative with solutions for your stakeholders, keep on top of things as you’ll often need to reorganize your time day to day, to deal with your team’s changing necessities and requests, To work as part of a diverse supportive and talented team

Drive development of occupancy plans

Sequence group-level and individual moves

Facilitate planning issues in meetings

Ensure planning aligns with corporate guidelines

Maximize use of space

and enforce space policies

Notify client of customer requested

Assist in developing site-specific Planning Strategies

Be a Subject Matter Expert

Drive solutions that increase productivity

Model superior client relationship management

Model strategic thinking

Interact with organizational leadership

Identify requirements

Prepare and update project status reports

Report on current supply and capacity

Forecast inventory changes

Reconcile discrepancies from top-down projections

Track and report actual seat demand

Share occupancy metrics

Share industry occupancy trends

Ensure accurate reporting of information

Foster critical relationships

Review and resolve planning forecast requirements

Collect headcount forecasts

Resolve headcount forecast discrepancies

Gather top-down headcount and growth

Review planning strategies

Support implementation of projects

Review and approve moves

Develop migration plans

Conduct facility assessments

Ensure cross campus/portfolio strategy plans are developed
