Assume technical responsibility for grid connection strategies
Manage grid connection process from pre-analysis to contract
Perform strategic and economic evaluations of grid connection
Conduct communication and negotiation with grid operators
Coordinate systematic analysis and further development of grid
Develop and implement innovative grid connection models
Develop and implement grid usage agreements
Contribute to further development of regulatory grid connection
Support technical mentoring
Drive knowledge transfer

Damit die Erde lebenswert bleibt. * Du übernimmst die fachliche Verantwortung für Netzanschlussstrategien komplexer Wind-, PV-, Wasserstoff- und Batteriespeicherprojekte. * Der Netzanschlussprozess wird von der Voranalyse bis zum Abschluss des Netzanschlussvertrags gemäß interner Stage-Gate-Logik verantwortet und gesteuert. * Strategische und wirtschaftliche Bewertungen von Netzanschlussoptionen gehören zum Aufgabenbereich, einschließlich Projektbündelung, gemeinsamer Netzanschlüsse mit Drittprojektierern sowie der Einordnung in kurz-, mittel- und langfristige Netzperspektiven. * Du führst eigenständig die Kommunikation und Verhandlung mit Übertragungs- und Verteilnetzbetreibern sowie Drittprojektierern zu Netzkapazitäten, Anschlussvarianten, Kosten, Fristen und vertraglichen Rahmenbedingungen. * Die systematische Analyse und Weiterentwicklung von Grid-Intelligence-Grundlagen wird koordiniert, insbesondere durch die Auswertung von Netzbetreiberdaten und Netzentwicklungsplänen zur fundierten Bewertung verfügbarer Netzanschlusskapazitäten. * Du entwickelst und implementierst innovative Netzanschlussmodelle sowie Netznutzungsverträge und wirkst aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung regulatorischer Netzanschlussbedingungen und Prozesse mit. * Fachliches Mentoring, Wissenstransfer sowie die Etablierung von Best Practices im Team werden unterstützt und aktiv vorangetrieben. ## Qualifications * Du hast ein
