Full Job Description
UTA seeks a Senior Network & Infrastructure Engineer to join our Technology team. As a key member of the department, your primary mission will be to architect, optimize, and maintain the critical infrastructure that connects our 12 global offices. You will ensure seamless, high-availability, and secure inter-office and cloud-edge connectivity for our global workforce. You will also play a pivotal role in managing our cloud-edge integrations (AWS/Azure) and overseeing core systems such as Identity, Email, servers and cloud environments. The salary range for this role is $140,000 to $150,000 commensurate with experience and skills. What You Will Do - Global Office Connectivity Infrastructure: Oversee, optimize, and maintain stable network connectivity across 12 global offices. Manage the full physical and logical office network, including Cisco Meraki configuration, High Availability (HA) WAN topologies, wireless connectivity, UPS systems, rack patching, low-voltage cabling coordination, access control, and IP camera connectivity - Cloud & Hybrid Networking: Architect, deploy, and maintain secure network infrastructure within and between AWS and Azure environments, ensuring robust and redundant cloud-to-prem connectivity - Modern Identity & Governance: Administer cloud-native identity management, lifecycle workflows, and governance strictly via Microsoft Entra ID. Design, implement, and enforce granular Conditional Access policies - Infrastructure Management & Patching: Manage, monitor, and maintain Windows and Linux server infrastructure across cloud and on-prem environments. Lead server lifecycle management and patch orchestration using Azure Update Manager (Azure Updates) - Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery (BC/DR): Design, implement, test, and maintain robust infrastructure backup and disaster recovery strategies.
