What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Baseline security clearance, Proven experience in senior infrastructure engineering or operations roles, hands on experience across networking, server, storage and backup technologies, Experience supporting enterprise environments across Windows, Linux and VMware, knowledge of routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs and network security, Experience troubleshooting complex infrastructure and operational issues, Knowledge of enterprise storage and backup technologies including SAN and NAS, communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams, All candidates will be required to hold and maintain an active Baseline Defence Security Clearance.
Nice to Have
Experience working in regulated, government or defence environments highly regarded, Exposure to technologies such as Palo Alto, Cisco, Meraki, NetApp, Rubrik or F5 highly regarded
What You'll Do.
Support and maintain enterprise infrastructure across networking
storage and backup platforms
Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and connectivity issues
Administer secure network environments including firewalls
switching and remote access
Windows and Linux environments across physical and virtual infrastructure
maintenance and operational health checks
recovery and storage platforms including SAN and NAS technologies
Contribute to incident
change and disaster recovery processes
Work closely with internal teams
vendors and stakeholders to deliver reliable operational outcomes
Provide technical guidance and support to other engineers where required
